Privacy

Employable Agents ("we") runs employableagents.com and places AI agents with businesses. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Forms. When you fill in a form we receive what you type: for example your name, business, email, phone, website and message.
• Demo calls. If you start a demo call with Ava, the call audio is processed by our voice provider, and we keep a recording and transcript to improve the agent. Please do not share real personal or health details on a demo call.
• Basic logs. Our host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to stop abuse. We use your IP address to limit how many demo calls can start from one place.

How we use it

To reply to your request, run the Lead Response Test you asked for, deliver our services, and improve our agents. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run the site and the agents. They include web hosting (Cloudflare), voice AI (Retell AI and the speech and language models it uses) and email. They process data for us under their own terms.

Client data

When a business hires one of our agents, the calls and messages the agent handles for that business belong to that business. We process them only to deliver the service, under our agreement with that business.

Retention and your choices

We keep form submissions while we are talking with you, and for up to 24 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Email hello@employableagents.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop hearing from us.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts from a business that uses our agent, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their marketing.
