For med spas & aesthetic clinics

The 60-second front desk for med spas.

Ava answers every call, day or night. She texts every web and Meta lead back in under a minute and books the consult in your calendar. We set her up and manage her. You pay her a salary, not a recruiter.

Interview her yourself

Text Ava right now, from this page.

For this demo she works at Marigold & Vine Aesthetics, a made-up med spa in Denver. Ask what a client would ask. Try to book a consult. Try to trip her up.

This is the same Ava who answers your phone, in text mode, like when she replies to a new lead. Conversations are logged so we can improve her. No personal details needed: make some up.

Ava · Marigold & Vine Aesthetics (demo)
Hi, this is Ava, the AI assistant at Marigold & Vine Aesthetics. What can I help you with today?
  • "How much is Botox?"
  • "Saturday morning?"
  • "I'm pregnant, is filler OK?"
  • "Are you a real person?"

The leak

You pay for the lead. Then it waits.

Your ads work at 9 p.m. on a Sunday. Your front desk works 9 to 6, on one phone line, while checking in the 2 o'clock. Every slow reply hands the client to the spa down the street that answered first.

7×

Firms that reached a web lead within an hour were about 7 times as likely to qualify it as firms that waited one hour more.

$527

The average spend per med spa visit. One consult that never gets a reply costs you more than a week of Ava's salary.

A full-time receptionist covers about 40 of the 168 hours in a week. The other 128 go to voicemail. Median pay is $37,230 a year before taxes and benefits.

The 10-consult guarantee

If Ava doesn't book at least 10 consults in her first 30 days, you don't pay her month-one salary, and she keeps working free until she does.

Two conditions: send her all your calls and leads, and keep open slots on your calendar. That's it.

How hiring works

Live in 7 days. One call from you.

DAY 0

Interview

A 20-minute call. We look at your lead flow and your Lead Response Test result, and you tell us if she's a fit.

DAY 1

Onboarding

One 45-minute call. You walk us through your menu, prices, policies and how your desk books. We do the rest.

DAY 3–6

Shadow Shift

Your team calls and texts her. We tune her voice, answers and handoffs until your team signs off.

DAY 7

First shift

She goes live on your line and lead forms. Dead Lead Revival starts the same week. Your first timesheet arrives Monday.

Free, no call needed

How fast does your spa reply?

Our Lead Response Test sends one normal inquiry through your website, just like a new client would. We time the reply and note which channel came back and how many follow-ups came. Then you get a one-page report. Most owners are surprised.

We never book a real slot or take one from a real client. When the test window closes, we send your team a short note so nobody keeps chasing a lead that isn't real.

Questions owners ask

Before you hire her.

Does Ava tell callers she's an AI?

Yes. She opens every call as the virtual assistant for your spa and says the call is recorded. If someone asks, she always says she's an AI. If a caller wants a person, she hands them to your team. Honesty keeps you clear of state AI-disclosure and recording-consent laws, and clients don't mind as long as she's helpful.

Will she give medical advice?

No. She answers from the menu, prices, prep notes and policies you approve. Anything medical gets a polite "our nurse injector will answer that at your consult," and she flags it for your team. For urgent post-treatment issues she follows your on-call steps and points people to 911 for emergencies.

Which booking software does she work with?

She can book directly into systems that allow it, such as GoHighLevel, Zenoti, Mindbody and Vagaro, and into Boulevard on plans with API access. For software without a booking API (Mangomint, GlossGenius and others), she captures the request with the client's preferred times and your desk confirms it in one tap. We tell you which path you're on during the interview, before you pay anything.

What about HIPAA?

Ava collects only what she needs to book: name, phone, email and the treatment someone is interested in. Whether HIPAA applies depends on your spa (for example, whether you bill insurance). We cover it on the interview call. If you need a Business Associate Agreement, we sort that out before she takes a single call.

Can she text and call our leads?

Yes, with the consent line we add to your web and lead forms. Texting needs US carrier registration (10DLC). We file it for you during onboarding. It can take a couple of weeks, and she handles calls in the meantime.

What does she sound like?

Like the demo at the top of this page. We can change her name, voice and tone to fit your brand, and your team signs off on her during the Shadow Shift.

What if she gets something wrong?

Every call is recorded and transcribed, and we review them. In month one we tune her every week. If she ever gets an answer wrong, we fix the script that day and tell you in the timesheet.

How do I fire her?

Email us. She's month to month with no contract. We turn her off at the end of your billing month and hand back your number and your data.

Next step

Book a 20-minute interview.

Tell us about your spa. We reply within one business day with times, and run a free Lead Response Test before we talk so you see your own numbers.
